An accomplished Clinical, Scientific & Medical Affairs Leader, I have 15+ years of experience in the healthcare diagnostics and hospital industries. A board-certified clinical chemist, I have expertise in laboratory medicine and directing CLIA/CAP laboratories. Experienced in the in-vitro diagnostics industry, my work centers on overseeing strategic and field medical and scientific affairs activities, building and leading high-performance teams, influencing engagement, driving performance, and fostering new leaders. A proven relationship-builder, with excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional internal stakeholders, able to develop and manage strategic relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and professional societies. A leading advisor and strategic partner, providing medical and scientific support for clinical trials, FDA regulatory submissions, medical education, publications, and scientific exchanges. I am a skilled influencer and educator, committed to excellence in patient care.I earned my BS in Clinical Biochemistry from Universidad Catolica de Cordoba in Argentina and a PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of North Dakota.
