RECRUITMENTResponsible for end to end recruitment.Sourcing the right applicant through various channels like Employee referrals, job portal.Conducting the preliminary interview to analyze applicant\'s qualifications for determining their suitability to match the business requirement, understanding their competencies, interest towards the job.Follow up with applicants till the date of joining.INDUCTION & JOINING FORMALITIESNew joiners joining formalities. Collecting relevant documents in accordance with the company’s compliance.Conducting Induction-Presentation for the new joiners about the Company and its policies in brief.Introducing the new joiners to the respective Head of the Departments and colleagues.Taking care of all the problems faced by the new joiners.Ensuring the completion of joining formalities. PAYROLL, TIMESHEETS & LEAVE MANAGEMENTSending the salary breakup of the new joiners to Accounts.Attendance maintained, leaves, deductions etc. as per Access Machine.Preparation of monthly Attendance and leave statement for the payroll process. Sending the pay slips to the employees. Addressing salary related queries.Handling the Master Roll on daily basis.Maintaining Leave records.Updating leave status, Compensatory off, absentee reports, salary deductions / loss of pay, and Payroll advice for LOP etc. HR ADMINISTRATION AND WELFAREOffer release, bank account opening, ID card coordination, sending details to the support staff.Dues with the company, Reason for leaving, eligible for rehire, Attendance, over-all Satisfaction of Employment, Behaviour with Colleagues, etc. Clarify the Employee Grievance and various issues/queries on Leave policy, Salary payment. Maintain & Update the Daily/Weekly/Monthly MIS report, HR files.PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENTPreparation of appraisal forms.
