ABOUT MITCHELL VAN DYKE
I am a Director within the CFO Advisory practice of CBIZ Private Equity Advisory. I specialize in working with companies experiencing rapid growth, transitions, and M&A transactions. I have enhanced and optimized finance and accounting processes and have supported a wide variety of private equity firms and their portfolio companies in post-transaction situations. I have a vast array of industry experience, including SaaS, professional services, retail & consumer, manufacturing & distribution, and healthcare, among others. Prior to joining CBIZ Private Equity Advisory, I was a Senior Manager with PwC for ~8.5 years where I supported the local audit practice in Portland including a large accelerated filer in the Retail & Consumer industry. I also completed a two-year rotation in the Netherlands as the main point of contact for European subsidiary clients for reporting and technical accounting matters.I received my Masters of Accounting and Bachelors of Science in Accounting from the University of Oregon. I constantly seek to leverage my experience and passion to make a difference in my community and abroad.
