AkzoNobel is the largest decorative paints business in the world with a turnover of €4bn and home to famous brands like Dulux, Cuprinol, Polycell, Sikkens and Hammerite. As the Finance Business Partner to National Account Managers I take responsibility to support and enhance mutually beneficial relationships with a number of high profile £10m+ trade customers. I strive to maximise value creation with insightful financial analysis for significant marketing and promotion decisions. I also build NPD Business Cases for new lines and product enhancements. In addition to structuring and negotiating trading agreements, I provide ongoing management and control of rebates and allowances. I also deliver robust commercial & financial forecasts for budget processes.
