Howdy! How ya doing? I\'m Mitch, an engaging Communications & Experience pro. I leverage my 8.5+ years of experience in content creation, relationship building and marketing to deliver compelling stories, messages and vital information that engage and educate my colleagues. I manage and execute communication programs and strategies that align with mission and vision, to showcase impact of an organization. I\'m deeply curious about others, an active listener and colleagues have always said I\'m a relationship/connection whiz! What\'s the giddy-up in my special recipe? I specialize in connecting to groups of people through earnest, interesting and never dull communication that arrives written, filmed, podcasted or presented live. Most recently in an internal comms role, I was guiding an employee base through an acquisition and restructuring. Through the process I was deploying change management communications while leading a team of three as we continued to execute people programs in a continuously shifting landscape. What do I use best in my utility belt? 🦇 I\'ve been described as infectiously passionate, engaging and not afraid of rolling up my sleeves (not to bang my own drum too hard).
