ABOUT ANTHONY ZOCCOLA

Anthony joined Avison Young in early 2025 as a member of the Market Intelligence team. He leverages his analytical expertise in supporting regional and national research initiatives, with a concentration on office and mixed-use asset classes. In his role, Anthony is responsible for managing and enhancing Avison Young’s property intelligence platform for the Chicago market. With a strong focus on data-driven insights, Anthony works to empower clients and key stakeholders with comprehensive market intelligence, enabling informed, strategic decisions in the dynamic commercial real estate landscape.Prior to joining Avison Young, Anthony gained valuable experience as a consultant for Oracle, where he specialized in financial services solutions across North and South America. He also worked in Zimmer Biomet’s corporate finance division, supporting international R&D initiatives.Anthony holds a B.S. with Distinction in Finance and Real Estate from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and a Master of Science in Accounting degree from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois.As a positive and outgoing individual, Anthony truly enjoys any opportunity to meet and interact with different people. He has developed a passion for learning and growth by effectively listening and working along side those around him.Outside of a professional setting, he enjoys playing golf, watching Detroit Redwings hockey, and studying foreign countries with an emphasis on Cuba.
