Head of Infinity Ward QA team- Managing QA team from Pre-production to Post release Live Ops for Modern Warfare 2 (2022), Warzone 2.0, Modern Warfare 3(2023), and Pre-production for Future project (Current)- Restructured and developed the existing studio QA team from black box testing to gray box/Embedded testing team- Planned, started, and currently managing the Automation QA crew from 2023 with the existing talents- Embedded all QA members to Engineering, build, production, art, and design teams- Embedded support to other studios and their project such as Treyarch, Raven, Sledgehammer, and Beenox studios- Developed and promoted 20 QA members into production, engineering, and design Junior roles- Fully planned and charted out career development plans within QA and how to transfer to other departments- Communicate and plan regularly with Studio heads, Engineering CTO, and production directors, for QA improvement of the project in all phases- Main studio communication point and tasker of external QA teams including Publishing and Upstream QA teams at Activision- Handle performance evaluation, 1 on 1\'s, promotions, bonus, merits, annual goals, and career development- As Ethics personnel, I regularly discuss with studio and company culture and issues regularly with Studio Heads, Publishing executives, and Ethics department- Owner of the Playtest site and internal playtests in the studio- Bug management through Jira, triage, task organization- Oversee test plans and test cases with Leads through pre-production to post release and live ops- Personally, hands-on with all testing process (when time allows) and tech knowledge- Part of budgeting process and review head count, man hours, and studio total count- Hiring manager and interviewed many candidates- Managed QA members worked at the Call of Duty Next Event and Influencer Events- Review new technology and tools introduced to QA.
