Assess mobility needs, identify best approaches, and collaborate with third party vendors in providing cost estimates, communicating overall package and next steps, including providing recommendations and education for relocations/assignments.• Provide consulting and guidance on complex mobility and immigration issues with significant financial impact and provide recommendations on solutions.• Work closely with SITA employees around the world when planning AMER, APAC, EUR movements to ensure compliance within Mobility scope.• Support with administration of relevant documents required by government agencies on site or stored in an on-line system (per country requirements), including document processing, system upload and tracking.• Support with mobility related compliance audits both internal and external.• Process all immigration legal invoices and all mobility vendor invoices in a timely manner to ensure accuracy of spend, business cross charging and timely payment.• Review vendor services to ensure services are in keeping with expected service levels, assuring that contracted work is fulfilled, and identifying issues for resolution.• Support in the management of developing content on global mobility processes and provide training to stakeholders.
