Analyze competitors, furniture and consumer trends to recommend adding products• Review sales and inventory levels to identify low stock opportunities and place repeat orders in a timely manner to avoid running out of inventory• Build product assortment and support in other categories, including product selection, choosing fabrics, trims, materials and colours• Product and new supplier sourcing, negotiating pricing and terms with suppliers• Managing product development of new SKUs• Review and approve quality reports with QC manager• Manage all details within shipments by liaising with our manufacturers and ocean carriers• Liaise with forwarder and manufactures in prioritizing shipments with products based on demand and inventory levels• Reviewing and approving shipping documents for payment, including reviewing packing list and invoices and submit documents for customs clearance• Follow-up with vendor to ensure all product requirements and dates are met
