In my current role as an Event Planner at The Standard, I support event leadership with planning, logistics, and project coordination for conferences, meetings, and incentive trips. Following the acquisition of Allstate Employer Voluntary Benefits, I transitioned to The Standard, where I continue to contribute to key aspects of event execution, including vendor coordination, event technology support, and managing registration sites and reporting.I take the lead on my deliverables to ensure deadlines are met and align with event logistics. I actively contribute to the planning process, collaborating with stakeholders and internal teams to support the overall success of each event.I also manage the onboarding and registration for our Broker Portal, assist with user inquiries, and provide feedback to improve functionality and enhance the experience for agents and their support teams.With a detail-oriented approach and a strong focus on service, I aim to bring value to every project—whether it’s delivering a seamless event experience or supporting our partners through effective tools and thoughtful solutions.
