Digitale Transformation ganzheitlich denken und vermarkten - das ist mein Antrieb. Seit 9 Jahren verantworte ich globales Marketing und Kommunikation bei Onventis, einem der herausragendsten Softwareunternehmen für Source-to-Pay Lösungen. Meine Schwerpunkte liegen in den Bereichen Markenmanagement, Unternehmenskommunikation, Hybrid Leadership und Employer Branding in der SaaS- und Agentur-Welt. Als Gästin im Podcast „Digital ist egal - was zählt bist du!“ durfte ich 2023 meine Erfahrungen und Sicht auf Führung mit Barbara Liebermeister, Leiterin des Instituts für Führungskultur im digitalen Zeitalter, teilen. An der FOM habe ich nach Jahren im Job ein MBA Programm mit Auszeichnung absolviert. Über „Nachhaltigkeitsaspekte in Lieferketten deutscher Unternehmen\" forschte ich für meine Masterarbeit. Als IHK Prüferin für E-Commerce begleite ich Auszubildende bei der Abschlussprüfung. Im internationalen Netzwerk European Women\'s Management Development (EWMD) engagiere ich mich für Female Empowerment.
