Responsible for ensuring finish product meets Trimark product quality, product performance, product integrity, regulatory compliance, product safety requirements, and labelling requirements prior to factory departure• Responsible for the management of preliminary and bulk product testing and the collaboration with all direct import and domestic vendors to achieve brand quality standards and regulations• Responsible to advise focus areas for testing & inspections to QA Raw Material & QA Finished Goods based risk assessments & test results.• Accountable for the escalation of any and all quality issues, testing failures and potential risk• Compile and maintain all regulatory documentation, test reports, sustainability documentation for all ECO products (Oeko-Tex 100, bluesign®, GRS certification if any for mills, fabrics, and trims, OCS, GOTS, etc)• Responsible for reviewing, providing comments and approval of Top of Production (TOP) samples, and maintaining the TOP library• Assist in the quality compliance process during bulk production, including reviewing in-line and final random inspection reports• Perform in-line inspections, FRI, and 100% inspections to ensure compliance to product specifications; notify the vendors and take corrective actions for any quality issues in a timely manner• Responsible for staying current and maintaining a strong understanding of relevant regulations and standards• Responsible for maintaining and updating the Supplier Manual• Provide guidance and serve as point of contact, responsible for managing all customers compliance-related inquiries. • Maintain records of vendor compliance audits and certifications, and keep updated the tracking compliance status files • Initiate monthly team meetings to identify, streamline, clarify areas of responsibility, ensure adherence to SOP, accountability, improve the teamwork, and sharing brainstormed ideas• Participate in all FLA training sessions, exams, maintaining the FLA membership
