Design and build fully automated test stations including Tx dynamics, Rx sensitivity. Automation includes equipment automation (Santec laser, fiber switches, DCA, BERT, clk generator, ESA/RFSA, etc), data processing and sharing.SerDes characterization and debug. Tx jitter test and analysis (TJ, RJ, DJ); IQ error and QEC algorithm characterization and analysis. PLL noise analysis through RF spectrum analyzer (open loop vs close loop). Rx AFE characterization (TIA, CTLE, slicers, CDR). Repeatability and stability optimization. Tx signal stability (through eye diagram), Rx sensitivity and link repeatability improvement. Gage R&R over repeats and stations.Optical link test and debug. optical wavelength multiplexing and micro ring debug; Identified key issue regarding ring modulator degradation and reliability. Designed stress test to quantify ring modulator.FFE algorithm development for customized input signal requirements.Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Led the creation of comprehensive documentation for internal APIs, firmware, and calibration algorithms, ensuring clear and accessible information for the development and validation teams.
