ABOUT MINDY JONES

In my corner of the world, we are creating spaces where people can belong, grow, and lead at home, in community, and through every conversation.I’m the founder of the Amy Jones Group (real estate), Community on Purpose (nonprofit), and On Purpose Strategies (coaching), three purpose-driven organizations rooted in the belief that strong communities start with strong relationships. Across my companies, I help people navigate change, strengthen connections, and lead with clarity and compassion. My work spans real estate leadership, nonprofit development, and communication coaching with a deep commitment to fostering belonging in every space I touch. Over the past two decades, I’ve built community-centered programs, led high-performing teams, facilitated workshops using the Exactly What to Say® frameworks, and supported leaders, families, and organizations through seasons of transformation. Whether it’s guiding families through a move, helping teams communicate with intention, or mobilizing volunteers to serve our neighbors, my goal is always the same: create environments where people can thrive. I’m also a mom to a brilliant, big-hearted first grader and a lifelong learner in the world of neurodiversity, leadership, and purpose-driven growth. Much of my work is informed by the realities of building a business while raising a child, supporting aging parents, and staying grounded in the values of curiosity, courage, and community. If we met for coffee, I’d tell you that I believe leadership begins at home, community is built one conversation at a time, and the work we do in the world matters most when the people we love can feel it.
