Hi, I’m Mina (Min-nah) Johl — founder of Purple Wins and co-creator of Navetra™, the first business intelligence platform that models $ drag from talent misalignment. With 17+ years of experience across North America, Gulf and Asia, I’ve worked on both the frontline and in the boardroom—as a C-suite coach, strategist, and former Fortune 500 HRBP and hiring manager. I’ve led large-scale workforce redesigns, advised executive teams on leadership risk, and delivered precision talent solutions when getting it wrong wasn’t an option. Today, at Purple Wins, I partner with CFOs, CEOs, CHROs, and COOs to deliver ROI-driven people strategy.
