For publishing departments, I establish operations, author SOP guides, and train editorial and graphics team members in best practices. By instituting aggressive reprint and sales programs, I increased book revenue 42% in two years and decreased stagnant inventory 30% at ACA. By streamlining processes, negotiating with vendors, and initiating software changes, I also cut production costs 35% and saved 10% of my department\'s budget.
