At Westat, I am responsible for managing the editorial workflow of proposal assignments for a 10-person editing team, training other editors on proposal and resume editing, writing internal documents such as processes and workflows and an Ask the Editor column, editing proposals and internal communications, and editing for clients such as the Food and Drug Administration and the National Institute on Drug Abuse for the Population Assessment of Tobacco and Health (PATH), the National Comprehensive Center, and the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration\'s Drug Abuse Warning Network (DAWN). I have a passion for plain language writing and inclusive language.
