I currently manage the development of solicitations, procurement and negotiation strategies. I develop sourcing strategies based on procurement objectives and implement strategic sourcing work plans. I am also responsible for benchmarking spend baseline, monitoring vendor markets, and revising target savings as needed. With a focus on Information Technology and Telecommunications State Term Contracts, we utilized a seven stage process to develop cost savings contracts for Florida state agencies and local entities. As part of a newly realigned State Purchasing division, these agreements enable our end-user customers to obtain the products and services they need, on time, and at the lowest prices in the United States.
