ABOUT MILLY NANDI

A professional with 17+ years of experience across investments in startups, small & medium sized Indian companies. possess expertise in Venture Capital, Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), SEBI compliances and Fund governance. My career has been built at IFCI Venture Capital Funds Ltd, a Government of India–promoted VC institution, where I have led investments across senior care, healthcare, cleantech, renewables, recycling, and ESG-focused sectors.I specialises in full VC lifecycle — from deal sourcing, appraisal, financial analysis, term sheet structuring, and negotiations to monitoring, governance, follow-on rounds, and investor management. My experience also includes fund setup, including drafting and managing PPMs, Trust Deeds, IMAs, SEBI filings, and ensuring 100% compliance with regulatory and investor requirements. I currently lead investments, ministry liasoning, investor relationship, sebi compliances for SAGE Venture Fund, managing deal origination, promoter interactions, due diligence, valuation benchmarking, investment memos, and post-investment monitoring. Earlier, I worked with the Green India Venture Fund, evaluating and monitoring ventures in solar, energy efficiency, and recycling.
