Represent the Monona Terrace as an Event Technician (Audio/Video/Lighting/Camera/S tream) upon request and when scheduled-Teach newcomers and assist with the setup and basic operation of the Center\'s Video Cameras-Update/fix/maintain the Center\'s rentable stock of laptops and internal-use iPads to insure consistent reliability-Inventory and test/fix all of the Center\'s 30amp power distros-Assist and coordinate Stagehand Calls through IATSE, when requested-Coordinate and perform the setup/tear down of all technical equipment owned by Monona Terrace-Operate the Center\'s integrated and portable systems including computer network, audio, video, lighting, telephone and electrical equipment-Assist clients on the proper use of equipment and systems, monitor use and provide assistance as necessary-Assist in the setup/teardown/and operation of the Rooftop Concert and Dane Dances events-Assist in implementing best practices for the setup/tear down, installation, connection, operation and maintenance of electronic, audio, video, lighting, computer and telephone equipment and the connection of electrical hook-ups for various types of events-Determine the appropriate response to operational problems and short-notice situations and assist others or carry out the response directly-Many additional tasks requested by AV management
