ABOUT DAVID WILLENBECHER

I am a Senior Executive with an extensive background in the manufacturing and HVAC & R industries. My experience includes managing a $4 million budget for a nuclear powerplant, solving complex operational issues, and building strong, long-term relationships. My experience includes union and non-union environments leading teams and forging trusting alliances. I believe that if you take care of your employees, they will take care of the customers and keep the best interests of the company in mind always. I have worked in the field, managed the maintenance department for a Fortune 100 company, & ran my own business. I have the unique ability to mingle with worker bees and partner with the CEO without a change in demeanor or attitude. This gives me a diverse perspective and insights to escalate performance, profitability, and sustainability. WHO AM I? I am honest with the highest levels of integrity and a strong work ethic. I don’t use the word “can’t” and find myself continually proving others wrong when they tell me something is not possible!
