Responsible for overseeing and administration of the student-owned operations and contract services at the respective Saskatchewan Polytechnic Campus including but not limited to health and dental plan, and member services sales (used textbook books/transit).2. Provide support to front office functions and services, which will include but not limited to: student health & dental enquiries; income tax service; drafting correspondence, reports, forms and posters; telephone answering, message taking and call forwarding; responding to front-counter enquiries; maintaining front office petty cash; programs and services support; mailing; and monitoring and maintaining inventory of office supplies.3. Through the Great Plains Dynamics Accounting System be responsible for the data entry including: Invoicing/sales entries and accounts payable entries.4. Responsible for overseeing any Campus contract services agreements with SaskatchewanPolytechnic.5. Provide input, monitor and adhere to annual budget as approved by General Council.6. In concert with Marketing Director, solicitation of advertising for the various publications.7. Organizes and promotes all SPSA sponsored special events and activities.8. Attends SPSA designated special events as Coordinator, be responsible for budget, cash control and exercise care, control and management of all designated SPSA social events and activities.9. Act as a resource to the Campus Council located at the respective Saskatchewan PolytechnicCampus.10. Relief for other staff members as necessary.
