I am a UK and European patent attorney. I specialise in patent matters relating to computer software, computer hardware and business methods. I have experience of drafting and prosecuting patent applications throughout the world, and have been involved in advising clients on infringement and validity matters. I have particular experience of patent matters relating to various aspects of computer science including data storage systems, signal processing, image analysis including medical image processing, communications protocols, computer graphics, methods of human-computer interaction, compiler design, virtualisation, and computer implemented business methods.
