After being a member of Vistage for 16 years and after successfully selling a majority of my business to a private equity firm, I decided to pay it forward by becoming a Vistage Chair. Currently, I run CEO groups that consist of CEO’s, and business owners from a variety of industries and personal backgrounds. The size of the companies start at $10 million in revenue and above.The groups meet once a month for a full day to discuss opportunities, current issues, challenges and/or concerns. Then as a group we provide insights to help overcome those challenges and leverage the opportunities. It’s a safe, understanding, and helpful environment. Outside of the peer-to-peer groups, we have one-on-one sessions between the chair and the member. That’s when a lot of the coaching, mentorship, and guidance come out. Vistage and Vistage Chairs pride ourselves on continuous education. That’s why we bring in renowned subject matter experts from across the global to various member only events to discuss a variety of topics.

I lead a peer advisory group for C-Suite leaders and business owners to problem solve and exchange ideas so they can achieve maximum professional and personal growth. It’s my goal that each individual member gains the insight and knowledge to solve the challenges making them feel stuck at work or other areas of their lives. My own professional and personal journey of 30+ years as a business founder and CEO have inspired me to help others overcome hurdles that stunt growth. From experience, I understand that even the leader who has worked tirelessly to make it to the top can feel lonely or need additional guidance to reach their goals. That’s why I assist others to feel more fulfilled in their careers and personal lives! When like-minded, diverse, and determined professionals come together as a team, the possibilities for leadership development are limitless! By sharing experiences, troubleshooting, and brainstorming, members become more confident decision-makers, securing success for themselves and their companies.
