I am employed as the UK and Ireland Commercial Manager for the Energy and Sustainability Services Division who are responsible for energy and carbon reduction projects including Energy Performance Contracts. My role is both pre and post contract/order and includes the following roles and responsibilities:\\\\n\\\\n• Vetting of terms and conditions at both tender and contract stage. Negotiating terms with Main Contractors and Clients as appropriate.\\\\n• Providing contractual and financial support to both tendering and project teams including risk mitigation and avoidance.\\\\n• Review tenders and proposals to ensure compliance with company guidelines.\\\\n• Review of contracts during implementation to ensure that the company’s contractual entitlements are maintained particularly in respect of change management and loss and expense.\\\\n• Management of dispute resolution processes if required including providing guidance on avoiding conflict.\\\\n• Procurement of large subcontractors and providing assistance to the project teams for smaller packages. Managing subcontractors from procurement to final account.\\\\n• Review, update and implement subcontract procurement processes throughout UK business streams.\\\\n\\\\n
