Highly experienced international development professional having worked for the last fifteen years in various roles for a global non-governmental organisation preceded by six years serving in Tanzania in a faith-based development organisation. Prior to that in the private sector and academia.As Director, Global Partnerships for World Vision International, I am focused on ensuring that our most strategic partnerships deliver the greatest impact possible for vulnerable children around the world. This includes providing leadership to partnerships and partnering technical support to colleagues.I have (co)authored several publications focused organisational development for more effective partnering and policy papers focused on the role of business in development, cross-sector partnerships, and multi-stakeholder platforms (http://wvi.org/agenda2030partnering). I am a strong strategic, technical, and people leader having led various teams across my career and in voluntary capacities.Currently working for World Vision International – a Christian relief, development and advocacy organisation dedicated to working with children, families and communities to overcome poverty and injustice.Prior to serving in international development, I worked in the private sector for Rover/BMW and Mars UK.
