I am an experienced senior leader in Health, Safety, Security, Ethics, and Compliance with decades of operational expertise across complex, high‑risk environments. I have led large‑scale training programs, strengthened organizational safety culture, and designed systems, tools, and policies that equip teams with the skills and confidence to operate safely and responsibly. My work includes developing globally used PPE solutions, creating widely adopted security training content, contributing to critical communication technologies, and authoring security manuals used from field operations to graduate‑level programs. I have also served in high‑stakes investigative roles, including work with international tribunals and major UN investigations, and have managed multiple complex hostage incidents as a Scotland Yard–trained Advanced Hostage Incident Manager.In my Ethics & Compliance work at McDermott, I help safeguard organizational integrity by leading fair, thorough, and confidential investigations into potential violations of the Code of Conduct, company policies, and applicable laws. I partner closely with HR, Legal, Security, and business leadership to assess concerns, ensure consistent policy application, and recommend corrective actions that reinforce a culture of accountability and respect. I also support broader compliance initiatives by enhancing training, policies, and controls that promote an ethical, transparent, and responsible workplace.
