Started as a delivery driver, delivering product and service to our customers. In 2004 I became a Transportation Supervisor managing a driver force of 60 drivers. As a Supervisor managed reporting and the budget for the department as well as systems like; Tandem, Roadnet, Cadec Cadec Xatanet, Roadnet, and Syntelic.In late 2004 I was promoted to Transportation Manager and this added hiring to job duties.2005 served as interim VP of Operations and overseen a sqft expansion on the Twinsburg Facility Since 2007 I have done various project management functions including deploying Foundations and Scilog. These projects required management of processes and change management with no direct reporting to the parties being trained. Foundations was a base level reset of processes in Operations throughout the Company to ensure a more standard approach to daily operation of all divisions.Scilog used an advanced routing process to get a better starting point for nightly routing by using a server based software to analyse daily order patterns and match them up to available resources.Since leaving the Scilog project and becoming a Director tasks have included Contingency prep, Operations planning and training, and serving as a SME for Transportation related systems.
