I am a Partner in KPMG’s Chicago State and Local Tax practice. I have more than 19 years of experience managing and delivering tax products, tax consulting and audit support services to clients in the consumer and industrial markets.I have substantial experience working with multinational companies in tax consulting and compliance matters as well as significant experience with financial statement tax provisions. In the two and a half years prior to joining the Firm, I served as the State and Domestic Tax Director for Chicago based technology startup Groupon. I have a broad range of experience in working with both privately and publicly held companies, as well as privately held companies preparing for an initial public offering.
