I am a Licensed Real Estate Agent and Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), working primarily with buyers and sellers. I generate 100% of my own buyer and seller leads through marketing techniques that include online and social media marketing, such as Kunversion and Facebook, as well as mailers, open houses and cold calls. Producing $13.5M in sales over 3.5 years, I evolved into the #15 sales agent in the company among 300+ realtors. At the end of 2012, I transitioned business from strictly distressed properties and short sales to traditional real estate sales. Over the last 3 years, 67% of my sales have resulted from working with buyers. I generated $2M in sales volume in 10 months from no existing customer base and no database. After researching and analyzing turnover and average income levels of markets in the region, I strategized 2 key target farm areas and launched a robust marketing campaign, including postcards, newsletters, blast emails, cold calls, open houses and door-to-door solicitation. To brand myself as the McCormick Ranch Specialist in Scottsdale, AZ, I planned and executed an innovative campaign, becoming a household name in the farm area by forging a stellar first impression with residents. I created a Private Food Drive, which I have continued every December, in neighborhoods associated with Saint Mary’s Food Bank in Phoenix and The San Diego Food Bank, collecting over 425 pounds of food. I designed flyers requesting donations and stapled them to brown paper bags for food collection the following week. I distributed those door-to-door at 500 houses, later returned to collect the donations and then delivered them to local food banks. After the food drive, I mailed follow-up letters to all donators, thanking them for their donations and advising them of the results.
