We delivered Salesforce solutions, Modern Campus e-store, Generative AI through chatbot, and Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions to name a few. Prior, as Director of Service Delivery at Krow Software, my focus was ensuring Klient is successfully deployed, and that our clients are satisfied with the solutions Klient enables. Responsible for establishing a partner network to implement Klient, delivering cloud-based PSA solutions on the Salesforce platform to a global client base. Previously at Deloitte, I managed an ITS department with teams in Toronto and India. Deploying strategic Talent and Finance business directives using SAP, SuccessFactors, as well as exploiting current PeopleSoft investments.As a Senior Manager, Solutions Delivery, I\'ve led teams both onshore and offshore, through entire ERP implementations/upgrades, providing product enhancements, integration, and conversion methods to external systems including SAP-S4/HANA.Being PMP certified, I focus on effective Project Management given my extensive project experiences.
