Delivered Texas Auto and Home on Guidewire PolicyCenter and BillingCenter Aug 2024, ACE’s 2nd largest market, along with the Jasper update and 40% fewer defects. Propelled the implementation of Missouri on Guidewire in Jan 2024, ACE’s 3rd largest market, 8x larger than previous releases with similar quality, establishing the foundation for our common platform. Successfully updated all Guidewire centers to Garmisch in Sep 2023. Led Guidewire Insurance team to 1st major platform consolidation milestone in Mar 2023, successfully migrating 5 Auto and Home states from Guidewire on-premise to Cloud (Elysian). Established guardrails for employee-led restructure of our Insurance Scrum teams centered around 4 key initiatives. Authored expectations and led in-person ‘Summit’ for our Insurance Product Team, establishing principles we adhere to and behaviors to avoid, setting solid foundation for our team working agreement. Drove targeted regression testing ahead of ACE’s largest Guidewire release in 5 years, ensuring quality release that represented 6 months of development during the cloud migration effort. From Apr 2023 to Sep 2025, led Claims teams delivering capabilities in like SmartComm PureCloud, Hi Marley’s Guidewire Cloud Integration for real-time text messaging with members and claimants, and Claims Segmentation for improved workflow capability and service. Personally recruited and selected 80% of the Application Development Managers to help lead the Guidewire Insurance team.
