ABOUT MIKE BYRNE
I am the owner of SCOPE Safety & Security, and I am an experienced Instructor for the security and protection industry. I have started as a close quarter combat instructor with experience in Close Protection. I have lived and worked in the Republic of Ireland, UK, Spain and the Canary Islands. By combining my eleven years overseas with an additional seven years within the homeless industry, I have been able to develop a unique combination of experiences that allows me to create and deliver programs to the Canadian security industry. My primary training focus is on helping front line security implement safe and professional resolutions using fundamental core values of Empathy, Dignity, Safety and Critical Decision Making.
