I am a commercial and transformation leader with over 20 years’ experience in vehicle leasing and financial services, combining deep UK market expertise with international SaaS growth leadership.I spent 15 years in UK leasing with LeasePlan and Novuna, leading large-scale sales organisations, delivering consistent revenue growth, and managing major enterprise client portfolios across both public and private sectors.As UK Corporate Sales Director at LeasePlan, I led a 75 FTE organisation with full responsibility for revenue growth, enterprise pipeline, and customer retention across a £500m+ portfolio, consistently delivering against targets and doubling the insured fleet.More recently, I have operated at ExCo level across 20+ countries, leading large-scale digital and commercial transformation programmes. This includes global platform integration at Ayvens and scaling a SaaS business embedded at the core of the leasing ecosystem.As Chief Growth Officer at BetterBe, I am responsible for global revenue growth, commercial strategy, and enterprise expansion, building scalable go-to-market models and delivering ARR growth across international markets.I am particularly interested in leadership roles where I can combine sector expertise and transformation experience to drive growth, operational performance, and long-term value creation at scale.
