I have the staff spread out from Oxelösund to the north of Hudiksvall and everything in between- Continually improve, refine and drive the service sales market forward- Marketing and sales of the company\'s services- Working Control in collaboration with service leaders, workshop managers- Planning of education, holidays and leave with service leaders, workshop managers- Budget and resulting service market and spares region east- Overall, plan, manage and distribute work to the region\'s workshops and field service- Work with corporate culture, change people\'s behaviors for better job satisfaction- Job placement of mechanics and engineering management- Staff development, implementation of useful working methods- Lead and support other managers for success.
