ABOUT MIDIAN ZALDANA

As a Reckitt Supply Planner, I keep gaining experience managing, planning processes, monitoring performance against KPIs, providing data analysis to identify improvement opportunities, measuring and reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as PIR, inventory performance, and schedule achievement. My strong analytical skills and attention to detail make me well-suited to driving supply chain efficiency and performance. My knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as Kinaxis, enables me to handle data and present outcomes efficiently. Furthermore, my ability to manage various activities while retaining accuracy and functioning under pressure helps me to drive continuous improvement to the Business. I had work experience as an Export Specialist at Reckitt, where I manage export channels, enforce customs regulations, and lead continuous improvement practices. I am proficient in Microsoft Office and have excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and negotiation skills. I love doing charitable work because it\'s such a nice intrinsic reward of giving back to the community. I\'ve developed a strong desire to share my story of a first-generation college student with all the people/students out there who are probably going through the same struggles as I did, and to encourage them that they can do it if they work hard enough for their dreams. I enjoy meeting new people and discuss business ideas, mentorship, development and professional growth.
