Completed and handed over June 2024• Facilitated objects changing over and commissioning and optimising to a new Site CIP Set. • Technical and Process support at Glanbia Balitore fresh milk processing site in Ireland, optimising and modifying the CIP set with PAA control system reducing PAA usage by 50%. Pasteuriser upgrade and energy recovery project.• worked on a €150 million year long Dairy Expansion project at Glanbia, Belview, Waterford. Commissioning & Testing of new plant coordinating installations with operations on a daily basis.• Designed, installed and commissioned a CIP system for a mobile powder mixing tank.• Commissioned of a new multi-stream CIP system and 3 Cream Intake/ Despatch bays, with rationalisation of the CIPs as we progressed the project at Glanbia, Balleyragget in Ireland. This included post project training for the process operators and technicians.• Troubleshooting within a processing plant and working with engineering support on modifications on design.• Working toward goals with customers and suppliers. Building teams and developing.• Improving groups or processes through the facilitation of the Lean methodology and technical knowledge.
