ABOUT MICHELLE AUDREY MATSINKOU DZOKOUO

I am a chargee de mission sse at Groupe Ponticelli Frères, where I standardize and improve the health, safety, and environment management system for the group. I have a master\'s degree in maintenance and industrial risk management from Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC), and a master 1 in strategic marketing and data management from Sup Career. I also have an engineering diploma in industrial engineering and management from Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia. My core competencies include problem solving, communication, and analytical skills.In my current role, I analyze the three reference frameworks (ISO 45001, MASE, and VCA) and correlate them with the group\'s response. I also implement a new document structure, update the SSE management manual, and write the procedure for managing external companies. Additionally, I set up the group\'s mobility plan, update the risk assessment procedure, and create monthly security flashes for the group. I collaborate with various stakeholders, such as the nurse, the occupational doctor, the production managers, and the staff, to ensure the compliance and efficiency of the SSE management system. I am motivated by the challenge of optimizing the SSE performance and reducing the risks for the group and its employees. I bring a diverse perspective and experience to the team, as I have worked and studied in different countries, such as France, Italy, and Modena. I speak French, Italian, and English fluently.
