My role is to ensure project efficiency when building anti-fraud and anti-cheat programs for Battle.net, Blizzard\'s game launcher. I manage multiple global security-based projects and products between international cross functional teams, focusing on the US, KR, TW, and CN regions, by using JIRA, Confluence, Slack, and more. I drive roadmap execution to protect players, accounts, and revenue streams from bad actors. Moreover, I utilize my technical and soft skills when facilitating project/product planning, conducting sprint meetings for 5+ teams, and scheduling ad hoc meetings accordingly. My passion for security, organizational skills, and successful partnerships between stakeholders of different disciplines allow players to enjoy the games fairly and for them to have an exciting experience.
