ABOUT MICHELLE ANDERSON
I’m a commercial, creative, MSc and CIM educated Marketing Director who leads thriving marketing departments and combines strategic vision with common sense and pragmatism. My industry experience spans hospitality, hotels, sport, ticketed events, C&E, F&B and health and fitness. I am driven to deliver commercial success, drawing on thoughtful analysis of data and my deep experience of marketing across customer acquisition and retention, brand strategy, digital marketing, communications and customer experience. I have a specific interest in the development of high-performing teams and recent roles have seen me lead marketing departments in £50m-£200m turnover leisure and hospitality businesses through significant change including Covid, furlough, restructure, digital transformation and the cost of living challenges.
