Manages all aspects of bid procurement proposals ranging from $1 million to $500 million for various clients including public and private- Actively searches, tracks, and pursues new bid opportunities- Coordinates with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure they are provided with all bid information, answers questions and concerns, communicates technical aspects, and evaluates quotations for all bids- Demonstrates effective communication with subcontractors and suppliers, developing valuable relationships for future pursuits- Reviews all bid documentation to understand all bid requirements both technical and commercial- Partners with engineers and estimators to assist in estimate development- Assists in initial contract development establishing contract scope of work, terms and conditions and incorporating contract exclusions and inclusions- Assists in the development of documentation to support project claims.
