I started at the bedside—working in critical care in major centers across three provincial systems—then earned my MBA to address the system gaps I kept seeing shift after shift. Today, I work where clinical reality meets strategy, helping turn frontline insights into practical, evidence-based solutions: clear patient education, simple digital tools, and case-for-change packages that bring the why, what, and how together for leaders, partners and funders.
