Military Family Policy Leader • Executive Director •Strategic Partnership Architect • Military Spouse AdvocateI am the Executive Director and Founder of Partners in PROMISE, where I lead national research, policy strategy, and community partnerships to improve outcomes for military children with disabilities. For more than a decade, I’ve focused on strengthening the systems that support military families through Federal advocacy, NDAA reform efforts, cross-sector alliances, and data-driven solutions.My work spans government relations, special education and disability policy, EFMP reform, and military family quality-of-life initiatives. I regularly collaborate with DoD leaders, service branches, Congressional offices, VSOs/MSOs, academic institutions, national nonprofits, and community partners. I have testified before Congress, advised policymakers, and served on multiple national advisory boards.As a military spouse with lived experience and deep roots in the military community, I bring a unique combination of policy expertise, strategic leadership, and relational insight.
