ABOUT JENNA PRYOR

I build the systems, structures, and strategies that help mission-driven organizations move from good ideas to real impact. Over the past five years at PsychArmor, I\'ve led program design, implementation, and evaluation across national public health and nonprofit initiatives — including multi-partner suicide prevention coalitions, a 200+ course digital learning library reaching learners annually, and cross-sector training programs serving Veterans, caregivers, and the communities around them. My work sits at the intersection of strategy and operations. I\'m the person who can sit in a leadership meeting to shape direction in the morning and then build out the implementation plan, evaluation framework, and partner workflows in the afternoon. I care deeply about making sure organizations can demonstrate their impact clearly — to funders, partners, and the communities they serve. What drives me is connecting day-to-day operations to meaningful outcomes. I want organizations I work with to be more focused, more effective, and better positioned for long-term growth. My background spans program evaluation, partnership development, clinical program strategy, process improvement, and implementation science.AREAS OF FOCUS Program design, evaluation, and impact strategy Operations, systems design, and process improvement Nonprofit and philanthropic strategy Partnerships, stakeholder engagement, and cross-sector collaborationEXPERTISEProgram Evaluation | Impact Strategy | Program Development | Implementation & Delivery | Nonprofit Operations | Strategic Planning | Process Improvement | Research & Mixed Methods Analysis | Training & Curriculum Evaluation | Grant Strategy & Reporting | Implementation Science | Project & Portfolio Management | Partnership Development | Social Impact Innovation
