As the Events Coordinator, I lead the planning and execution of cross-functional events, working closely with internal partners to manage space bookings, calendars, and onsite logistics. I handle all aspects of event coordination with minimal oversight—from sourcing venues and managing resources to overseeing logistics and setup.I regularly use a range of internal Apple tools, including ASK, Composer, Box, Chorus, Slack, and Quip, as well as Apple-specific platforms like MyMeetings, the Conference & Production Services Team, and Apple Events, to deliver seamless, high-quality experiences.In partnership with the team, I act as a key point of contact, building resources, templates, and continuously refining SOPs and metrics to streamline our processes. I also manage a multi-city, multi-venue speaker series, support a variety of onsite events, and lead the development of a new volunteer engagement strategy.In addition, I created an internal Event Planning Guide and a Slack engagement strategy to drive consistency and improve team collaboration. My role is all about finding smarter ways to work, enhancing team efficiency, and delivering impactful experiences across the board.
