Provide overall executive assistance to the Group Executive of Worley Digital, SVP Data & Applied Intelligence, SVP Operational Excellence & Digital Enablement and Director, Internal Communication. Also served as Executive Assistant for the Business Response, Transition Management Office, Digital and Communication teams.Handle administrative projects independently, while exercising good judgment in keeping executives and team members adequately informed.Responsible for expensive diary management. Work closely with external consultants arranging recurring meetings.Handle project/events coordination and heavy domestic/international travel for executives and select team members. Travel arrangements may also include accommodations, visas and other tailored requirements.Arrange and attend leadership team meetings; manage action items and following up on execution.Proactive thinking and planning of administrative and process effectiveness, general issues and formulating and implementing solutions. A proactive manner with a forward thinking and planning style.Working with initiative in a very busy team environment.Liaise effectively with team’s senior management and all stakeholders on a regular basis. This includes providing an outstanding level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders.Expenses reporting and general project administration assistance.Serve as a member of various company networks such as Women of Worley, Worley Employee Committee and Kummba providing content for company\'s internal social media.
