Assistant City Manager @City Of Winter Park

My position as Assistant City Manager is selected by the City Manager and confirmed by the City Commission. Michelle serves as advisor to the City Manager. I have oversight responsibilities for the Electric Utilities, Parks and Recreation, Public Works, and Water and Wastewater Utilities Departments. I am directly responsible for the administrative divisions of Budget and Performance Management, Human Resources, Information Technology, Purchasing, Risk Management, and Urban Forestry. I provide management direction to ensure successful completion of assigned projects and continued efficient operation of city programs.
