Commenced work with this newly birthed 6.5 billion-dollar pharmaceutical entity spun off from Merck & Company, with a determined and focused vision to improve women\'s health. Initially, supported the new company\'s overall launch by helping to stand-up the global medical affairs (MA) capabilities service. This included the generation of global materials to introduce HCPs to the new company and its product portfolio, as well as the development of new templates, processes, new communication platforms, and the re-branding of medical affairs content assets from Merck to Organon. Overall responsibilities include the annual development of scientific content assets and aligning them to the global strategic MA plan, generating content assets for use by MA field personnel, providing internal training for all newly created and approved assets, serving as a clearance reviewer for manuscripts, posters and abstracts, and providing product launch support as needed.
