Responsible for directing the Company’s strategy related to global compliance activities, sustainability/ESG, vendor management, enterprise risk management, and regulations and laws. Responsible for managing company ISO27001:2022 and SOC2 Type II audits and ensuring compliance with industry standards (NIST, ISO27001, SOX2 & TISAX) and to expand coverage as required to support company business strategy. Work with IT and Executive leadership to develop and implement strategies for governance and compliance related to corporate-wide security and regulatory compliance initiatives. Provide oversight and guidance for security assessments to ensure compliance with information security policies and established security controls. Directing the company security awareness training program ensuring the effectiveness of the program in changing behavior.
