Early Birds was acquired by Attraqt then Crownpeak- Delivered AI recommendation models AND AI Search models that enabled our clients to improve their conversation rates- Delivered the \"Shop the Look\" model using fine tuned Open Source models and also in house AI models- Provided APIs for all models, ensuring scalability, implementing circuit-breakers, and monitoring performance (more than 100 rpm)- Set up, maintained, and monitored the platform hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) using Terraform/Terragrunt- Implemented insights for APIs using KPIs like Click-Through Rate (CTR) and Attribution Score, with- some KPIs computed in near real-time- Delivered a Conversational Search API- Led the Data and AI team to develop and manage APIs that deliver personalized recommendation results for e-commerce websites- Presented the product at various conferences- Assisted the product team in defining the product and roadmap- Supported the sales and Customer Success Management (CSM) teams during Request for Proposals (RFPs)
